Karen is a published writer, journalist, content writer and editor. She has significant experience writing engaging content for diverse audiences across a variety of platforms – including blogs and social media. She was also an in-house Ob-Gyn Staff Writer for the publication and wrote a number of feature articles, ranging from the charitable medical exchange program CISEPO to Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders).

Her article “Sleep Therapy” was featured in Chatelaine, and covered sleep tips from a leading sleep researcher at Queen’s University. Her article “Born to Walk” was published in the inaugural issue of Canadian Health.
